Does anyone know what is being built next to Ray’s??

Published by Chickenbone at 12:19 am under Shilshole

What the hell is that new building being built next to Ray’s Boathouse?

It’s been driving me crazy. Everyday I drive by there, but there is never anyone there after work to stop and ask what is going in there?

Anyone here have any clue??

The little piece of paper on the fence says that it is going to be a “Marine retail” somthing or other.

I want a rib joint! Or a dingy up pub.

I heard the guy who bought it has figured out a way to have two residences over some kind of marine related business (needed for permit and still undecided) The residences supposedly are for himself and his architect. Only hearsay though no firsthand knowledge. Al

From their you can see David Mitchel is the contact, send him a letter and ask him what’s up.

I think it’s actually David Mitchell. This family owned Charlies and Sharky’s(class joint!) In the old port building.

Anyhoo, this building looks just like the old building and I wouldn’t be surprised if Azteca comes back!
