• Overview: Shilshole Boatfest: Seas the Bay event is for current and future mariners to immerse themselves in the boating world. Boatfest is dedicated to getting new people into boating. This family-friendly event invites the public to the marina to get out on a boat; learn how to get into boating, boating safety and environmental practices; and to celebrate the Ballard community.
