Reaching out to help…

If any of you know of anyone who needs help.. suffering from depression, drug, or alcohol addiction or other serious mental or emotional problem, I’d like to point out some easy to access resources.

There as a weekly AA meeting right here at the marina, offering support and fellowship for those who would like to stop drinking or using. Stop by the marina conference room any Monday morning from 7 to 8 am and check it out.

The King County Crisis Line 866-4-CRISIS is a great resource if a person needs immediate help. They can help with any problem small or large.

If we see any of our neighbors suffering please reach out to them and help them find help before something serous happens.

If you’d like to talk to someone in confidence, you can feel free to contact me at 206-979-9016.
